Renovation and building work in Wilmslow

Wilmslow homes are something special. Large detached houses in Lindow and Fulshaw Park, period villas near the town centre, family semis in Dean Row and Handforth, and modern executive homes across the area.

Many Wilmslow projects are about quality as much as space: a kitchen-diner with an island, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a media wall with built-in shelves, or a full renovation with a high-end finish. We plan every detail with you and bring every trade in one team.

I want to thank Mr Ivanov and his team for their lovely work. They provided prompt quotations and completed all renovation work within the desired time frame. I particularly appreciate the bathroom tile installation by Vasil and Steve's excellent kitchen cabinet fitting. Steve also gave invaluable professional advice during the cabinet fitting, all of which were considered for the client's long-term use. I am also grateful for Gune's help with the drainage channel, which prevented rainwater from leaking into my home.

Furthermore, Ivanov's team completed all the plumbing work for the bathroom and kitchen three weeks ago. I will provide a follow-up review after three months of using the renovated areas. It would be more responsible to do so for future clients.

  • Do you work in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge?

Yes. We work across Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Handforth and the villages around them.

  • Do you take on high-end renovations?

Yes. Media walls, feature walls, marble-effect finishes, kitchen islands and walk-in showers are all part of our recent work. Have a look at the photos on this page.

  • Do I need planning permission for an extension in Wilmslow?

It depends on the size and the property. Some streets are in conservation areas, where the rules are stricter. Cheshire East Council gives the final answer, and we talk it through with you at the visit.

  • Can you renovate a house before we move in?
