Right from the first contact they were professional and easy to deal with. The designer added a lot of value giving us more functionality and storage plus improved the look /appeal of our addition from the street. The building team were very courteous but most importantly very good. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and rubbish was removed. The job was finished as per the contract price and on time without any defects. We have since had very heavy rain and storms and have no problems at all. One small problem was ill-fitting fly screens but when we raised this with IVANOV FULL RENOVATION HOUSE FAMILY BUSINESS Addition they organised for the fly screens to be replaced.
