We just wanted to provide a review for the work that Ivaylo Ivanov and his team carried out for us. Ivaylo helped us completely renovate our home from top to bottom. It was a very big project which involved gutting out our whole house, a front extension, garage conversion, creation of two new bathrooms, flooring replacement for the downstairs as well as upstairs, loft insulation, fitting a new water tank and boiler in to the loft, steel beam replacements, rendering, painting the entire house, tiling and paving of the garden and replacing our old roof ridge with a dry ridge system.
Ivaylo and his team were very attentive and provided many suggestions and ideas to help us with our renovation. He always helped fulfill our requirements and nothing was ever too big, too small or too much trouble. He was the “go to guy” and would always ensure that whatever we wanted could be arranged/provided by his team of professionals.
Ivaylo and his team relentlessly worked on completing our project in super speed time as he was fully aware that we needed to move in as soon as possible. Even our neighbours mentioned to us that we were very lucky to have found Ivaylo and his team as they witnessed them constantly working and had completed everything so quickly and professionally.
We can honestly and wholeheartedly say that Ivaylo was very attentive, was extremely sincere and his team and his family were very kind, very caring and so very quick at completing our whole house renovation.
