Flooring and tiling: what we take care of
A floor has to look good and take years of feet, chairs and spills. We prepare the surface properly first, because that is what stops tiles cracking and boards lifting later. Then we lay it and finish the edges, skirting and thresholds.
We lay wood, laminate and tile, and we tile the walls in kitchens and bathrooms. We work in Manchester, Radcliffe, Bury, Bolton, Oldham and nearby.

Old flooring comes up. The floor is levelled, repaired and made ready, because a good floor starts underneath.

Skirting, thresholds and trims fitted. We clean up and leave the floor ready to walk on.

Do you fit skirting boards as well?
Yes. Skirting and door trims are part of finishing the floor properly.
Can you tile over old tiles?
Sometimes, but it is not always the best choice. We check the condition of what is there and tell you honestly.
Do you move the furniture?
We can move the larger pieces between rooms as we work. Please clear small items first.
